If you find hard to look for proper HCG procedure, then you are not alone. There may be a lot of diet protocol you can find online but we highly want you to follow the HCG diet protocol. This Diet protocol is created originally by Dr. Simeons, this plan has been the best option.

The HCG Diet Protocol is Simple

The daily dosage for the injection is 150-200 IU for 40 days. Dr. Simeon found this amount to be effective and has best results. For women on their period, must stop using the injection until the cycle is complete. But, you can continue your diet even through your cycle. Up until the third injection, patients should eat extreme amounts. The very low-calorie diet will start after the third injections.

The Diet consists the following:

BREAKFAST

You may have tea or coffee, no sugar. You may use stevia as a substitute. One tablespoon of milk is allowed for 24 hours.

LUNCH

This is when you get some of your protein. You may have a few options on what you want to eat during this meal. This will help the diet from getting boring or repetitive. For lunch, you may have 100 grams of beef, shrimp, veal and crab. You may also have 100 grams of chicken breast, white fish and lobster. These are very thin meals. You have to remove any fat on the meat as well. The meat must be grilled or boiled with no extra fat on it.

DINNER

This contains the same choices as your lunch. You may try to change your diet up. Do not eat the same thing for lunch and dinner. This will stop you from your likeness of stopping the diet.  You may also have a vegetable on your meal. Your choices are Chard, chicory green salad, spinach, cabbage, and bit greens. You may boil steam or grill them.

SEASONINGS

To avoid eating bland food, you have choices for seasoning your meal. Any type of fats may not be allowed. However, you are free to use a small amount of salt, lemon juice garlic, and pepper. You may also use other natural herbs to season your food.

COSMETIC PRODUCTS

The area that is forgotten in the protocol is the monitoring of hygiene and cosmetic products. Many of those products have animal fats that cannot be used on the HCG weight loss. The best thing to avoid these is to consult your doctor and have their approvals. It is still best if you have the organic and all natural products.
