Oregano Lemon White Fish with Asparagus—this is a seafood meal

The ingredients are:

  • Whitefish for at least 100 grams
  • The exact amount of asparagus
  • Lemon juice and oregano
  • Salt or pepper

-Prepare the oven and preheat up to 00F

-Have a large sheet of aluminum foil

-The asparagus must be in the center of the sheet and sprinkle it with salt and pepper

-Place the fish on top of the asparagus and seal all the edges of the foil

-Bake in the duration of 20 minutes until the fish is flaked and then serve

The Stir-fried chicken with onions and grapefruit—Protein Meal

The ingredients are:

  • Chicken breast at least 3.5 oz.
    • 3.5 onions either yellow or white
    • Half peeled grapefruit that is cut in small pieces

Add pepper and salt and herb spices in your own choice at the bottom. Stir fry the onions with the herb tea. Stir fry until it gets transparent and tender. Add the Chicken and other spices and see until it is well-cooked. Place the onions and grapefruit in a bowl. This is ready to serve. Always remember that the visible fats must be removed before it is cooked.
